The first Sunday of every month (Communion Sunday at Berwyn), we will be collecting boxes of cereal and/or bottles of juice for Valley Forge REACT.

Valley Forge REACT is a non-profit organization which receives and distributes donated food to people in need. Mabel Purcell, President of Valley Forge REACT, works closely with the Tredyffrin Police Department as well as the Upper Mainline Ministerium to identify families in need or those needing emergency assistance. REACT gives food to 60-80 families per month. 75% of these people are senior citizens and the remaining 25% are families with young children.

Valley Forge REACT is affiliated with REACT International, a volunteer emergency communications organization of amateur radio operators.

As we gather together at the Lord's Table, please remember Jesus' charge to care for those in need! Baskets will be located at the back of the sanctuary to collect your donation(s). Please give generously. Contact Betsy Newman at 610-644-2683 with any questions.
